“Because You Earned It”

Spring is here again and another winter season comes to an end. At the end of each season we like to reward our staff for their hard work and dedication to the company. Last year we had a staff BBQ, but with camps still running, and some of our staff already back home, we thought that we would try something different this year. To promote our Loyalty Points program, all field staff will be awarded 50 Loyalty Points to end off the season.

We value all the hard work that you have done this season, the long days, the startups and shut downs and the time away from your loved ones. It was a year full of uncertainty, and the patience and understanding from each of you does not go unnoticed.

You have all been accumulating Loyalty Points since the rollout in January 2014. Points have been awarded for completing your rotations, your travel time, renewing your tickets, training new employees, smooth shut downs of our camps, taking shifts last minute and the little extras along the way.

Amy has been diligently tracking points earned and you can contact her to find out how many points you have saved! Melinda has all the information you need to find out how you can redeem your points for “great stuff”. Feel free to contact either one of them for more information on the program.
