Fuelled by a passion for excellence, and a commitment to anticipating and managing client requests and expectations, his career highlights include lead roles in some of the most prestigious projects throughout Western Canada.

With more than decade of experience in senior executive roles in the camp and catering industry, Menno understands the importance of culture in creating corporate excellence. His fiscal management has positioned Western Camp Services as a premier mid-sized leader in the natural resource service industry. Innovation and execution are his guiding principles.

As a candidate of the Canada National Ski Racing Team, Bill is no stranger to determination and hard work. Since graduating with honors from the Banff Institute of Fine Arts Sales Division, Bill has enjoyed his current seat on the board of directors for Alberta Regulations Sewage Standards, has earned numerous industry-recognized safety certificates, and has six years experience as the Sales Manager for a company supplying service to the industry. Bill understands the importance of client service and satisfaction.

A graduate of BSAM and a Chartered Arbitrator, Tom brings a wealth of experience to Western Camp Services. He is a past member of the board of Directors of Edmonton Construction Association, Apeetogosan (Metis) Development Inc. and Chairman of the Board of Referees of UI. He is a strong proponent of employee and customer effectiveness, planning and paying attention to detail.

Since his graduation from NAIT with a diploma in business finance, Jeff has worked for ten years to hone his communication and client service skills through a successful sales and marketing career. His time as a member of the NAIT Ooks hockey team from 2000-2002 and his experience coaching Midget AAA has served to strengthen Jeff’s conviction to innovative thinking and stalwart commitment to building effective relationships. It is the determination, commitment and strong work ethic that makes Jeff an invaluable new member of the Western team. Jeff understands the importance of client service and always strives to raise the bar to new standards.

Having over 20 years of both hands on and management experience in a commercial kitchen as well as a diversified background in the camp and catering business, Vernon brings an extensive knowledge of the food services and hospitality industry to Western Camp Services. His thoroughness ensures that our client's needs are met in a smooth and timely manner.

Chef Richard is an award wining Gold Medal Chef with an impressive resume. He has catered to royalty, providing a “Grown in Canada” experience for Prince Edward and his entourage, and to movie stars such as the cast and crew of the movie Titanic and the star of the TV series Frasier, Kelsey Grammer. He is equally comfortable with events serving 50 or 50,000 meals per day, and he is committed to ensuring that the food we serve is appetizing and wholesome.

Melinda came to Western Camp Services with fifteen years experience in the hospitality industry and has since proved that she can wear many hats. As head of our Logistics Department, Melinda manages the smooth and efficient flow of field staff to and from our camps. Her commitment to providing a courteous and professional standard of excellence has contributed to a positive environment for both staff and clients alike.

Renata has previously worked for a drilling company but is happy that she has joined the Western Camp Services family! Renata went to school for Human Resources and graduated in 2007.

Charles brings with him over 18 years of Environmental and Occupational Health experience to the Western Camp Services management team. He has worked in both Provincial and Federal jurisdictions as a public Health Inspector. Charles is committed to working with staff and clients in delivering and expanding Western Camp Services’ exceptional health, environment and safety programs.
