Working
for Western has offered us an amazing experience, which
we think all the other employees will agree. We feel that
Western offers us friendship rather than a boss employee
relationship, and an opportunity to grow as an individual.
We have met so many great people, both in the field and
in the office. We both can say we’ve grown in creativity,
ingenuity and further developed our skills working for Western.
A well-structured work environment gives us strength, happiness
and self motivation in our jobs. We are truly grateful for
the support and appreciation Western always gives to us.
Having said this, it is great to finally work for a company
who thinks every person’s job is important and to
be respected as an individual and not a number.

As of November 1, 2006 I will be carrying
onto my third season with Western Camp Services. Western
treats me as a person, not an employee. I am known by my
name, not by my employee number. My personal needs are always
taken into the fullest consideration. Western cares about
all of their staff in the field just as much as they do
their clients. From employer to employee there is total
respect for one another; this keeps me with the company.
In return 150% of my best ability to Western Camp Services as well as the client that we are catering for;
I hope to establish a name for myself in the industry which
I hope will help the company continue to grow. Western is
a great company! Thank you to all in our head office.

Well here it is; the start of my second season
with Western Camp Services and my 18th
season working in the camp and catering industry. I would
like to express my gratitude to Western. I have found this
to be a great company to work for; the office staff is always
there when you need them. Special thanks to Melinda and Stephanie for the support they have
given all year. Over what is almost 2 decades, I have worked
for my share of camp services companies. I find that Western
has the warm atmosphere of a smaller company but also boasts
the professionalism and quality of a larger company. Thank
you to all, from the Owners to my co-workers in the field.

I just finished my first season working with
Western. I would like to express my gratitude to the company
for the great support that they offer their staff in the
field. The office staff, field supervisors and staff drivers
are all attentive to our needs on both a professional and
personal level. I really appreciate the support from my
co-workers; I thoroughly enjoy my job as “second cook”
and I recently had a chance to work as a camp attendant,
I had a lot of positive feedback from all. Thank-you to
everyone at Western, special thanks to “Kathy and
Doug” who helped me get started in the industry, it
has been great!
