Dilly Creek Fruit Salad with Banana Dressing

Almost any seasonal FRESH fruit can be used for this recipe! VERY TASTY, VERY REFRESHING!


1 pineapple, diced 3/4 inch
1 cantelope, medium or large, diced 3/4 inch
1 honeydew melon, medium or large, diced 3/4 inch
1/3 to 1/2 seedless watermelon, diced 3/4 inch
1/2 flat sliced strawberries
3 – 4 cups red or green seedless grapes


2-3 ripe bananas
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice


Combine the dressing ingredients in blender or food processor and pulse until smooth. Toss with fruit and garnish with curly leaf lettuce.
